EngravityCDUInterface Error 202

After computer crash I am reinstalling all soft of my homemade 737 cockpit. Have problems with your inferface, CDU in green, simconnect red and aircraft blinking red. P3d v4, PMDG 737 NGX, Cpflight all running ok. I´ve reinstalled simconnect at least four times without success. Now I found another problem, error 202 exceed install counts... Need help please.
My account is ec_cdg@yahoo.es.
Thanks a lot,
Julio.

  • Can anybody help with error 202 to reinstall soft please? Thanks.
  • I have just checked and your install count is fine. Licensing problems should be done via the enquiry form on the contact page for a rapid response.

  • Hi Steve,
Thanks a lot for update licenses. Since today I´ve been very busy and can´t test it again. Some improvement get but don´t works yet.
Now I have all three buttons in green mode, but aircraft and simconnect goes to red after a few seconds, returning to green and again to red, both.
Any idea what happens? Don´t understand because was running well before computer crash. Think I am making so old for software problems... :(
  • Copy and paste the contents of the Log tab on this thread for me to look at.

    Thx
    Steve

I´ve checked cp210 driver port settings, 38400bd, CDU set at 38400 too and interface 38400.
Thanks a lot for your help.
    Regards.

  • The CDU0: Status Changed entries are causing the restarting. Basically the CDU is resetting because something is wrong. Try a non USB 3 port or another hub. Double check all the settings and disable power management on the hub/port the CDU is connected to.

    Best wishes
    Steve
  • I Steve. Returned from holidays and a little free of working I´ve changed port. Ok, there is now communication but not alright, can´t see anything on CDU display. S+EXEC ok, all seems to be alright, checked. In fact, buttons respond but nothing on display. Any idea? I´ve reinstalled CP210 driver and same issue.
    Thanks a lot and regards.

  • Can you post your log again please.

  • Everything looks fine. When you change screens on the CDU, does the log show this message:

    AircraftInterfaceNGX: Left CDU Data Received

Also, obvious point, but is the screen brightness set OK?

If yes to both, double check you have the CDU, the CP210 driver and the interface all have the same settings.

    Best wishes
    Steve
  • Hi Steve, no message shown when CDU display changes, attach log.
Brightness understand is same as shown with S+EXEC on CDG, I mean, if I can see the configuration settings on CDU I must see same when exit don´t? Or there is an brightness cfg on interface settings ?
I tried to change port from 4 to 10 with same results.
Again, thanks a lot for help.
    Julio.

  • Can you check the SDK Broadcast has been set in the PMDG Options file for the aircraft concerned.

  • Hi Steve, mistake on EnableCDUBroadcast.0=1 sentence, forget the dot :(
Thanks a lot again for help.
