Registration & Login Problems

If you manually create an account (i.e. do not create an account as part of the checkout process) you will be sent an email to validate your email address. Until you click the link in the email, your account will be disabled and you will not be able to checkout or login.

You can reset your username and password using the links at the bottom of My Account, Login/Logout. An email will be sent to you.

If you haven't received an email, please check your Junk/SPAM email folder.
