New resets the Nav Data Tool to its starting state.
Load enables you to load an XML file containing chart data for an airport.
Save saves the chart data currently within the Nav Data Tool to My Documents\Nav Data Tool\<airport ICAO>.XML.
Import loads chart data exported from the Nav Data Tool.
Export exports chart data currently within the Nav Data Tool. It differs from Save by also including relevant custom nav aid data so it can be used by another installation of the Nav Data Tool or by others users.
Generate NavData display the Generate Nav Data window to enable the creation of Nav Data.
