Use Tabs Instead Of Expanders For Part Options
This will change the UI to use clickable tabs for Part Options instead of a list of Expanders.
Anonymously Send Crash/Exception Data To Developer
Please consider keeping this option enabled as it will help greatly in keeping software problems to a minimum. Data is anonymously sent to the Microsoft App Center Service.
Check For Software Updates
Enabling this option will configure the Virtual Hardware Builder to check if software updates are available for you to download from your account.
Fill Tolerance
Used when filling an enclosed shape with a colour. Lower values provide a higher chance of detecting the enclosed shapes foreground colour, but may also lead to artefacts.
Dpi (Components)
The Dots Per Inch to use when creating Component images. High values will increase image quality and size but also increase memory usage and slow transmission of Device Panels to tablets/touch screen devices.
Dpi (Device Panel/Module)
The Dots Per Inch to use when creating Device Panel and Module background images. High values will increase image quality and size but also increase memory usage and slow transmission of Device Panels to tablets/touch screen devices.
If using with Android tablets, higher values may cause images to not appear, as Android does not like large images.
Automatic Backup Frequency (Minutes)
How often an automatic backup is done of your Component, Module, Device Panel or Device Panel Group. Backup files are stored in Documents\Virtual Flight Sim Hardware\Backup and on program start up, you will be prompted to load it if one is found, otherwise it will get deleted.
Documents & Images Directories
These only need to be configured in a shared network environment. See the installation procedure for networked PC's in the installation articles in the Installation section.
