This toolbar enables you to test Device Panels and Device Panel Groups whilst building:

VirtualHardwareBuilderTabletToolbar

Each of these buttons are detailed below from left to right.

Connection Manager Button

This button will display a dialog window listing details about all known tablets and touch screens. For a tablet or touch screen to appear in this list it must have at least once connected to the Flight Sim IO Server via the Virtual Flight Sim Hardware Client App.

Next to each listed tablet/touch screen is an option for Authorised. If Authorised if off, the tablet will not be allowed to connect to the Flight Sim IO Server.

The Default button will set the selected tablet or touch screen to be the default tablet for testing Device Panels and Device Panel Groups.

Test Button

Once a Device Panel or Device Panel Group has been saved, it can be tested on the default tablet or touch screen via this button.

Device Panel/Device Panel Group Assignment Button

This button will display a dialog window listing details about all known tablets and touch screens. For a tablet or touch screen to appear in this list it must have at least once connected to the Flight Sim IO Server via the Virtual Flight Sim Hardware Client App.

The current loaded Device Panel or Device Panel Group can be assigned by selecting the required tablet or touch screen and clicking the Assign button. You can also select a Device Panel No before clicking Assign so that the Device Panel is used with a particular configuration.

The Unassign button unassigns any assigned Device Panel or Device Panel Group from the selected tablet/touch screen.
