    Sorry for not responding; I've been ill for the past month and only now just getting back into work.

    Done. Always use the contact form on the Contact page for these type of requests as this is always responded to whether I'm available or not.

    I have reset your install count. Always use the contact form on the Contact page for these type of requests including download resets as they get responded to as soon as I see them.
