You saved my CDU (V1green display) when you developed the interface for P3D many years ago. Appreciate if you could do it for MSFS2020.
I'm using your software for years already for my Engravity CDU, P3D and the PMDG 737. I would love to have support for FS2020.

Sorry to bother you but do you have some progress info about MSFS driver for Engravity FMC?
At this moment I use an alternative which can not be compared with the "real" hardware FMC ;-)

I did all that. Still nothing. This is what I get.
The port closing is suggesting a mismatch in your configuration. Use Baud rate 38400, COM3, 8 bits, no Parity, 1 stop bit and no flow control for CDU 0.
Open up the silicon labs CP210x entry from your last photo and confirm the settings match the above and what is set in your CDU as well as in the Engravity CDU PMDG Interface.
Also tick "Never Disconnect CDU's" in the Settings tab of the Engravity CDU PMDG Interface.
If you still have issues, press a few CDU keys on the engravity and then change CDU screens via the PMDG CDU and then post the full log (from the start) so I can see the responses. When doing this confirm that on the status tab the the CDU led flashes for key presses and the Aircraft led flashes when the PMDG CDU screens are changed.
