MSFS GIT GoFlight MCP Pro Altitude display lags behind computer when turning Altitude Knob

Hello,

Love the software! I have it for P3d and X-Plane as well. I noticed an issue on MSFS when turning the Altitude knob on GoFlight MCP Pro, it lags behind what is displayed on the computer. Everything else works as designed. Any thoughts? Thank you.

  • Known problem. PMDG implemented a feature that delays the turn of the rotary Altitude knob and the display of the altitude in the PFD - the MCP altitude display does not lag and follows along with the turn of the Altitude knob. Apparently, the lag of the display in the PFD is a known B737 issue in the real airplane.

Don't know if Steve can sync the GoFlight MCP altitude display data to the MCP altitude window display instead of the PFD display, or if that's even possible. Apparently, PMDG has not released their SDK for MSFS products.

  • It was a known problem with the PMDG SDK. I'm waiting on PMDG to send me the new SDK following the update.

    Best wishes
