MFS 2020 Goflight 166 PMDG 737

Hi,

I've bought the Polltpot software in order to use my Goflight 166's with MFS 2020 and especially the PMDG 737.

After starting the Goflight Interface Tool FS2020, the status tab indicates three green lights, but my panel 166 are not working.

What settings should I be using on the 166 tab? Device 0 or 1? Enabled? Nothing seems to have any effect or bring my Goflight radio panels to life.

I am in the cockpit with the power on.

I should be grateful for some advice.

    I am posting in the correct place for technical support? I've spent £29.99 on the Goflight Interface Tool and have worked out myself how to get it working with my two GF166's, at least in the PMDG 737 in MFS 2020, but the radio displays are blank? Should I be using a powered USB hub? Does PollyPot themselves help with technical support? Should I send an email?

    Sorry for the late reply, I have been unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

    Assuming the controls are working and the displays are not. Follow the "Important" section here: https://www.pollypotsoftware.org.uk/support/user-guide/user-guide-git/16-installation/263-installation-fs2020.html

    Also, the GF166's are notorious for locking up. This is a GoFlight issue and also occurs with their drivers. You can search this forum for GF166 and see the numerous work arounds people have found.
