My GF MCP PRO is not responding while MSFS2020 for B737-800 is running . How can i fix this problem?

Hi,

My GF mcp pro is not working properly when i turn the heading bug or courses. when i turn the heading bug at the msfs 2020 b737-800, the heading is respoding on my gf mcp pro. but when i turn the heading bug from gf mcp pro, msfs is not reponding.
i attached some pages of "GoFlight interface tool fs2020". please let me know how can i fix this problem.

    Set the Write Delay and Cmd Delay to 0 on the GIT MCP tab. If that does not work, please copy and paste the GIT log into a file and post on here. Include all of the log.

    It looks like you do not have the GIT WASM module in your community folder. Can you check that you have pollypotsoftware-flightsimio-module installed in your community folder. If not download it from your account and unzip into your community folder.

    i checked it and there is "pollypotsoftware-flightsimio-module" in my community folder. still same problem. not working my mcp pro.


    i have attached several screenshots for your understaning. please check it.

    And i have also questions below.

    1. "A new version is available" message is showing. how can i install it?
    2. " applicaiton halted" message is showing. what does it mean and is it affected by pollypotsoftware for mcp pro?
    3. my possible download number is only 11 left. if i erase the current software and download again, is it helpful to fix this problem?

    You are not running the latest version.

    Download GIT again from your account and reinstall. Make sure the GIT WASM module located in your community folder under the directory called pollypotsoftware-flightsimio-module\modules is dated 27th January 2023. You can download the GIT WASM module and install it manually into your community folder if necessary.

    even though i downloaded GIT WASH module, it requires another action..

    Also i don't know how can i have activated the GIT WASH module.

    You have the correct zip file. You need to unzip the whole folder into your community folder, not just the file in your picture.     In FS2020, enable developer mode. Once enabled, move your mouse to the top part of the FS2020 window to show the developer menu. Click Tools, then Packages and confirm you see "pollypotsoftware-flightsimio-module" listed and its status is Registered and Mounted.

    Now i solved it. again thank you so much.

    Buy the way, due to the distance between a monitor and MCP PRO,
    i bought a usb3.0 usb connector(5GBPS, DC 5V, A type downstream and B type upsteam). BUT it doesn't work.

    Pls let me know the specification for the usb connector or the extention cable.

    I don't know that. GoFlight always recommended USB 1 hubs and ports.
