Device Tabs not enabled

in GoFlight Interface Tool - Technical Support

Windows 10 with P3Dv4. the GFConfig is correct, the three leds are green but Devices Tabs are not enabled.
What can I do?

    The tabs will become enabled when you have the aircraft cockpit/VC visible in the sim.

    I did it but nothings happened.
    It seems like there is no link between P3Dv4 and GTI
    The column Aircraft says: Mode Generic, none

    That is odd. There are 2 versions of GIT for P3D. One is 64bit, the other is 32bit. Have you tried both versions and does the same problem remain?

    Sorry for the delay in response.
    Yes, i tried both versions without success.
    I also tried to run GIT without Windows Firewall nor AVAST but devices tabs are not enabled

    I think you do not have the cockpit showing, i.e. ready to fly. This line indicates this:

    15:45:28 Synchronising Switches & Selectors: Waiting for SimConnect .....
