  • ... and GIT did not ask for a license after deinstallation and reinstallation.

  • It may be a security rights issue. Install GoFlight drivers and GIT into C:\GoFlight (i.e. do not install into program files).

  • Hi Steve!
Today I tried to register GFDev.dll and I got a RegSvr32 error. I'll translate because it came in german language.

The module GFDev.dll has been loaded butthe Dll Register Server Entrypoint could not be found.
Please make sure that GFDev.dll is a valid .Dll or OCX file and try again!

How can I find out if my GFDev.dll is not corrupted?

    THX

    Georg
  • Attached works OK for me.
  • Hi Steve!

No chance to get GIT working. Could you provide GF Config 2.26 or GF Config 2.25. Lots of people having my problem recommend to try older versions.
GF Config recognizes all my GF modules correct and lets me configure them but I would like to bring MCPPRO and EFIS back to work with PMDG.

    regards Georg
  • I only have the latest driver versions. However I do not think that will help as I have GIT running on Windows 11 with the GFDev dll I provided for you.

Add /log in the target field of the GIT icon. This will push the GIT log to disk at Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool to see if this provides any clues.

Also disable any firewall to see if that is blocking for some reason.

    Best wishes

  • Hello Steve!

First of all many, many thanks for your brilliant support! Finally I did it! In my case it wasn't a problem of software it was the USB hub I use.
I stopped trying and trying an trying and came back to systematic testing.
    - I deinstalled GFConfig and GIT
    - I disconnected all hardware
    - I reinstalled GFconfig and GIT 32bit
    - Starting GIT GoFlight LED went green, attaching GoFlight modules to the pcs USB Ports GIT went GREEN and recognized the correct number and type of GF modules. Attaching the USB Hub GIT came up and freezes as usual during the last weeks.
    - I continue now with testing other USB hubs or USB pc cards and I am quite sure things will work.

    regards Georg
  • Hi Steve again! GIT is now working but I have one problem on GoFlight MCPPRO. All displays, except the VERTICAL SPEED, are indicating and working fine.
The rotary selector does not change values in the PMDGaircraft and the display on MCPPRO for the vertical speed stays dark.
    What to do?

    Georg
  • Does it change if you use the VS rotary in the virtual cockpit as you may just not be in the correct MCP mode?

    Best wishes
    Steve
  • Thx for explanation! Everything is working fine now with EFIS and MCPpro. I now ran into troubles with TQ6. When I move Axis D (thrust engine 2) to max the view changes like it does when I press letter "S" on the keyboard. GF Config does not make any assignements to the device. FSUIPC also does not touch the device, just GIT and the flaps axis is doing something (the movements do not match any settings of the lever) and mainly it operates in the wrong direction to lever position even when clicking REVERSE in the config tab. The Flaps lever I think I can reprogram but no idea where the "S" comes from.

    regards Georg
  • Have you checked the axis assignment in P3D?
