G-166

Dear sirs,
I'm the owner and user of two GoFlight modules: RP48 and G-166
The RP48 works well while the G-166 has suddenly stopped to work and furthermore Window10 Control Panel recognizes it as MFR and no more as G-166.
Could you please suggest to me the procedure to recover this module functionality?
Many thanks in advance
Best regards

  • Try uninstalling the MFR device. Also try it in a different USB port.

  • many thanks for your feedback.
I followed your precise instructions, nevertheless the 166 module is still not working and Windows 10 still detects it as MFR.
I also tried to power it with an USB2.0 Hub, but nothing has changed with respect to a 3.0 Hub.
I kindly ask you whether there are other options to check and if you can provide me further suggestions on how to fix it.
    Many thanks in advance
    Best regards
  • When you plug it in, does it light up briefly?
