Hello. I bought the GF Interface tool for XP but the "User Key" is not activated. I get a notice that I need to be connected to the internet and in fact I am connected to the internet. Can you help me? I do not know what else to do. Thank you

    When copying the User Key, do not use google translate or pick a language on the website as this corrupts the User Key and makes it invalid.

    Did you have a language selected on the website. Your User Key starts with "NkP306", so can you confirm you are seeing the same in your account.

    Sorry for the late reply.
    The new key you sent me worked correctly, but none of the MCP PRO modules and the 2 EFIS work. There is no light, nothing. I'll go to the forum to see what I'm missing to install.

    They won't work until the devices are enabled and configured. How have you configured them and for which aircraft?
