Is the GIT compatible with the iFly B737 Max for P3Dv5?

  • No it isn't as yet.

  • As you say it isn't as yet, is it planned to incorporate in the near future?
    Greetings

  • GIT Visual Edition will get the support, but that's months away from going Beta.

  • Aloha Folks, been a year and curious if maybe we can maybe get a version without the IFly lock so we can configure the devices at least for use. Not complaining, just cannot use my stuff with the Max8.

    Mahalo,

  • Steve, can you give us an update on iFly 737 MAX for P3Dv5 and your planned GIT Visual Edition?

    Thanks.
    Cheers,

  • Its been added to GIT Visual Edition, but that won't be out until the middle of next year as I'm adding additional hardware manufacturer support. If enough people claim they want it, I will add it to GIT.

    Best wishes

  • Steve, one question which I hope doesn’t come across as daft. Given GIT recognises my loaded aircraft ranging from Vertx DA-62, Carenado PC12 allowing me to use Detective to program switches and buttons could I do the same for the iFly 737 Max?

I know you already supply the settings for the PMDG but can users do it themselves for the Max?
    Cheers,
    Ray (Cheshire, England)
  • Possibly some of it may be able to be configured, but iFly supply an SDK just like PMDG do for hardware configuration.

    Best wishes
    Steve
  • Thanks for that Steve. I’ll hold fire for now.

Thank you for all your efforts this year. Have a happy Christmas and all the best for 2025.
    Cheers,
    Ray (Cheshire, England)
