    I was double charged, and the software still doesn't fix the problem I have with zeros displaying on the GoFlight MCPPRO. Your software doesn't work, and I was overcharged on top of it. I feel ripped off.

    Hello,

    Firstly, you ordered 2 copies of the software (check the invoice), so you were not overcharged; you made a mistake. As a gesture of goodwill I will refund one copy of the software.

    Secondly, having checked activation status of the software, you hadn't even activated the software when you posted the above, so how could the software work if you were not running it?

    Thirdly, please do not hijack other peoples posts for technical support. Use the New Discussion button to raise an issue for tech support - that way the topic and contents remain relevant and people do not receive notifications about your post when they didn't want them.
