GoFlight McpPro and P3D v.2.5
Hello John,
I'm using the McpPro (A19) and it's working fine with FS9.1 and FSX.(Standard Microsoft Airplane B737 and C172)
Now i'm trying to connect with P3D v.2.5
GoFlightdriver is 2.25.2
GF interface tool 2.1.13.0
Simconnect 1.4.00
Win.7 .64
In the interfacetool,i have tree green lights, and the chosen aircraft is showen under aircraft mode generic.
The display shows zeros or dashes,.there is no respond when turning on the Rotary knobs
Is their a solution for this problem ?
regards
Wiba

Hi Wiba,
Have you setup the MCP PRO in GIT (clicked FS Default)?
Best wishes
Steve
Hi Steve,
No,MCPPRO is clicked as compatible addon, ,I have the same results if i set it on FS Default.
Do i need to instal SDK in P3D for connecting properly to the interface tool ?
Wiba
Hi Wiba,
Just to be clear. If you only want default aircraft support, its best to use the Goflight Drivers. Configure the MCP PRO in GFConfig as FS Default and make sure the Goflight Data Bridge loads when the sim starts (the small blue and black aircraft icon in the windows taskbar notification area).
If you need PMDG NGX and/or 77X support or you want to interface to complex aircraft, you need GIT. Git needs a dll to run in the flight sim. Install details are in the online user guide.
When using GIT for EVERY aircraft except the PMDG NGX/77X you need to configure all the hardware in GIT. So for the MCP PRO you would get the flight sim showing the VC/Cockpit and then go into the MCP PRO tab and click the FS Default button for standard aircraft, otherwise you have to use Detective and work out how to interface to the aircraft.
When using GIT, GFConfig MCP PRO should be set to compatiable add-on.
Best wishes
Steve
Hi Steve,
Sorry for the late replay.
I was on vacation.
Thanks for your help, everything works perfect now, after swapping USB port !
For the time being in don't need to use GIT.
thanks
