Mapping Blacksquare Caravan Turbine FS2024 turbine ignition event to GoFlight SECM
Hi Steve,
I try to map the turbine ignition on event from Blacksquare C208 Caravan to switch position 2 of the GoFlight SECM Engine Selector.
When I move the switch in the cockpit GIT sees the event TURBINE_IGNITION_SWITCH_SET1 with Lvar 0002. When I generate my event for the SECM Ifirst write a 1 to self defined Bespoke varible, which I use later to identify the switch position but the second line is TURBINE_IGNITION_SWITCH_SET1 with Lvar 0002, but nothing happens in the cockpit. Do you have any experience with the Blacksquare events or Lvars? Detective also reads TURBINE_IGNITION_SWITCH_SET1 with Lvar 0002 when I test my event.
regards
Georg

Are there any Commands/additional variables showing up in Detective before and after you see TURBINE_IGNITION_SWITCH_SET1 appear? Sometimes you need to do a combination of things together to get the aircraft to respond.
Best wishes
Steve
NOT for setting the ignition switch to ON. When switching back to OFF DETECTIVE shows the Ignition Switch event and a Ignition Switch toggle event.
I rebuilt both situations shown by DETECTIVE, but nothing happening.

Georg
So you have tried the Ignition Switch command and then setting the TURBINE_IGNITION_SWITCH_SET1 lvar both together in a single Bespoke Event?
Best wishes
Steve
