PMDG type EFIS function for XPlane
Hi Steve
I'm wondering if you have any advice on how to make the EFIS work in XPX like it does for the PMDG in FSX/P3D.
Referring to the way you made the BARO and DH etc emulate the missing features on the GF EFIS (CTR TFC etc)
I sort of figured out to use the "hold" function for the FF777 but it still fires the ON and OFF when I release the knob or button. I'd like to try improve it so that it works like you made it work with the PMDG
Basically trying to figure out a way to make the ON or OFF not fire if I use the HOLD.
I have an idea to possibly set a bespoke variable when HOLD activates, then try to make the OFF drop out on an IF or trigger if the bespoke variable wasn't set. Then set the reset the variable again .
Some aircraft datarefs do a button push and release when you just send the dataref a 1 (FF777) but some aircraft require sending a 1 to push it in and a zero to release the button(x737)

Hi-
In searching for my problem I see that you have the EFIS working in the PMDG 737. I can't get mine to work. The EFIS shows up in my interface tool, but there is no response at all when I push buttons, turn dials, or throw switches. Did you do something special to get yours to function? Thanks.
