XPlane: SSG Boeing 747-8i MCPPro+EFIS

This is my profile for the SSG 747-8i

Notes:

On the EFIS I'm limited by the range switch so the ranges are what you see available on the MCPPro as it's easiest to figure out but I included the other ranges in the bespoke events if you want to swap one out to your liking.

The Baro has push to turn Function so to select IN/HPA push the rotary in and while holding it iin rotate it , a quick push will set STD

Course rotaries are disabled as course is set through the FMS for this aircraft but the displays are still active and reflect correctly.

Did you use the import wizard or load the profile manually?

I ask because every time someone reports an error of " Failed to load configuration data for device GFDEVHWTYPE_GFMCPPRO" it is always 1 of 2 problems.

1) Forgot to import the bespoke events within detective so it throws an error because the Bespoke events that are programmed to the MCPPRO are missing

2) Imported with wizard or by hand but the import failed or is incomplete. If you open the detective and can see my bespoke events at the bottom but they contain no code, then this is probably what happened.

In this case you must click the big red X in detective to clear out the corrupted BE's and then click the import button and try again.

When importing profiles with bespoke events it is always a good idea to first import the BE's then import the other profiles in their respective tabs in the main program.

I made a tutorial here , it is for the FSX version of software but the procedure is exactly the same as for FSX

Strange. Are you using the latest version of GIT 1.6.5.0?

You can't be running English as the pictures you have shown show Arabic on the buttons. I need to known exactly what language is running so I can debug the program against that language to resolve the issue.

He has Windows 10 x64 with an English language pack but not sure the underlying base windows.
