  • There, I did not say that the problem was solved
I mean that I have no problem in the use of the Arabic language or English language

Awaisi88, Some aircraft I had to use decimals etc. and the profiles are not the same as 777.

Before we had some profiles work ok for some people and others not. So if my 777 profile does work it doesn't necessarily mean the 747 will be ok.

Steve will correct me if I'm wrong, but in those cases just installing the English language pack was not enough to fix it, it has to do with the base language windows is installed with.

For instance some countries use a decimal like 7.7 and some use a comma like 7,7

So the program read it wrong.

    Hope this makes sense?

Here is from Wiki , may be cause of problems?

Written numerals are arranged with their lowest-value digit to the right, with higher value positions added to the left. That is identical to the arrangement used by Western texts using Hindu-Arabic numerals even though Arabic script is read from right to left. There is no conflict unless numerical layout is necessary, as is the case for arithmetic problems (as in simple addition or multiplication) and lists of numbers, which tend to be justified at the decimal point or comma.

    Not sure just guessing...

  • Thank you for Todag dear, I'm waiting to solve the problem Thank you all
  • Hi Steve,

Yes it is to do with the decimal point, but I have hard coded GIT to always use US English. The 777 profile worked for him, because I did the import on my PC then provided the files to him - so no import was actually done on his PC. The issue is definitely due to the Arabic language but everything I have done so far is being ignored in my dev environment. I'll keep working on it.

    Best wishes

  • Hello dear
Previously I communicate with Mr. Steve Munn for the same problem in the 777 plane and he sent me another programming
    And become works
Why did not execute the same amendment to the 747
Note: you attach a file sent from Mr. Steve Munn
  • Replaced the existing files in this path

    Documents\GoFlight
  • I am aiming to get a new release out very soon that resolves the issue.

    Best wishes

    Steve

  • I am waiting for update
    thank you for your effort
  • I'm hoping to get a new release out by the end of the week.

  • Me too Me too
  • Have you been completed to solve the problem
    I am excited about her
  • Try the new version of GIT (1.7.0.0). Delete existing Bespoke Events via Detective and clear existing configs for this aircraft before trying again.

    Best wishes

    Steve

  • Hello dear 1.7.1.0

    I download the update

    And back with this problem

    ---------
    (EFIS) working
    (MCPPRO) NOT work        :(   :(   :(

  • SSG B748-Series_V1.4
  • Do not use the import functions on the EFIS and MCP PRO tabs. Can you import the file using the Import Wizard making sure you answer Yes when asked to remove existing Bespoke Events. Doing it this way will ensure everything is cleaned out and correct.

  • Zip up My Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool and attach it to this thread.

    Thx

  • Give me some time to work though this. I'll get back to you tomorrow at the latest.

    Thx

    Steve

  • Thank you for your interest

  • Do you have the same problem
  • I am waiting
  • Hi,

I am still investigating this problem, you will have to bear with me.

    Best wishes

    Steve

  • In the meantime, I have manually installed the aircraft config into your config files. Extract the attached into My Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool over-writing the existing files. DO NOT RUN THE IMPORT WIZARD AND DO NOT IMPORT ANY SSG CONFIGS.

This should automatically make your MCP and EFIS work with the SSG_B748-I

    Best wishes

    Steve

  • Thanks for your time

    EFIS work
    MCP  not work
