    To assist others, the issue was a corrupt config file. Renaming My Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool resolved the issue.

    I've noticed that if the sim crashes or GIT crashes , sometimes it still appears to save and the ffile gets corrupted but I can't prove it. I've had this happen a few times over the years . very hard to nail down exactly what the problem is
