GF DIO LED outputs
Good day Gents,
I am new to Pollypot GFIT and I did not see/discover and understood all options it has.
Recently I have bought GF DIO PCB solely to power LED warning/caution/status lamps in my FSX driven simcockpit. Unfortunately GF software has very limited list of outputs for what I needed it to do. As a result I end up buying GFIT to solve this problem.
-As I am only interested in DIO LED outputs, is there any step by step user manual/explanation on how to.... (especially part where LED Action and LED Value is explained)?
-Did I understood correctly..... Even when setup was exported(saved) you stil have to run GFIT(in background) together with FSX in order to make GF DIO LED outputs to work? Is there a way to save config without need for GFIT background run (to keep FPS as high as possible)?
Best regards,
Artur

Hi Artur,
See the DIO section here: http://www.pollypotsoftware.org.uk/support/user-guide/user-guide-git/19-operating/22-configuring-goflight-devices-additional-information.html
See Light Actions here: http://www.pollypotsoftware.org.uk/support/user-guide/user-guide-git/17-concepts/20-light-actions.html
GIT must be running all the time. Goflights own driver software does not need to be running.
Minimise GIT when flying and CPU usage is negligible. It's been written to be efficient.
Best wishes
