No recording Lvar's

I just installed the GFIT for FSX - SE this afternoon and it was working correctly. I'm not sure what I might have done but now it will not record Lvar's. When I start detective and click the Lvar's button nothing happens but it does record events but not Lvar's. I do have the latest Go Flight config program and did run the Win8 fix for the leds and they are working. It does see all my GF devices and GFIT does give me 3 green lights when I'm in FSX. I removed both the GFIT and Goflight software and did a reinstall but that didn't help. I'm using Windows 10, I'm sure it probably something I'm overlooking. Thanks...

  • It could simply be that the aircraft you are using does not have any lvars. Try a different aircraft.

  • Steve,

I've tried on both the stock 172 and A2A P51 which has Lvars and it was working with this A/C when I first installed the program. I also tried the stock Lear with the same results. Thanks..
  • This doesn't make any sense. The module must be running OK if the events are showing. Try renaming My Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool so GIT starts with a blank config.

  • Steve, powered up the pc this morning and loaded everything per ur instruction and everything started working! I've been working with computers for 20 years and I still don't understand why they do things like this! I did rename the config file last night and rebooted but probably should have powered it down. It must not have flushed the memory like it should have and something was still hanging out in there. Thanks again for you help I'll let you know if it does it again.
