P3d fatal error when loading GIT (Q400)
I'm a noobie, so I could use some help. I'm attempting to use the Majestic Q400 config with GIT, but when I click a button or twist a knob on my mcp-pro P3d has a fatal error and crashes. The faulty module is mjc84_main.dll. If I don't touch my goflight modules p3d doesn't crash. Also, my GF-166's light up with the correct frequencies, but the numbers do not change on the module or within the sim.
This is the steps I took:
1. Imported Q400 zip using Import wizard
2. Imported mjc8q400_GFMCPPRO-0.xml via MCP import button
3. use any button or knob - instant p3d fatal error
thanks for your help! Between the Q400 and the Aerosoft Airbus, I can tell I have alot of work ahead of me!

Not sure what the issue is here as this is a first. Can you try re-installing the Q400.
It may also be worth running your flight sim and GIT as Administrator in case its a security issue.
Thx
Steve
Any suggestions?
Best wishes
Steve
I would suggest if you have other profiles to make sure they are exported/ backed up then try removing your goflight folder in documents and trying again with a fresh import. It has been working with all patches and pro version up until this point.
the _MC on the end is my shorthand for "mouse click". I used some mouse click events as it was the only method I found that would work with acceleration of the rotaries. possibly try tinkering with your sending rates etc in GIT and see what happens. or if you have touched those sliders revert them back to the defaults.
