Non riesco a registrare il Programma GITP3D V4

Buon giorno,
Come da titolo, non riesco a validare la registrazione del programma.
1) Ho fatto il setup del programma e l'ho installato in Programmi(x86)/Goflight.
2) In goflight interface tool ho lanciato Goflight interface tool P3D v4
3) Dal sito della Polly Pot Software ho fatto il copia della chiave utente e l'ho incollata in GoFlight Interface Tool dove richiede la User Key.
4) Ho cliccato su register, ma invece di registrare il prodotto mi dà il seguente errore: REGISTRATION FAILED! - 203 Invalid Details.
5) Ho cliccato su I in basso a destra e ottengo il seguente installation Code: ---------------------------
Installation Code. Press CTRL+C to copy to clipboard!
---------------------------
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
6) Cosa devo fare per validare il programma?

    Nonostante la tua mail con la ripetizione della chiave e la raccomandazione di non lasciare spazi prima o dopo, la validazione non avviene. Ho fatto provare anche mio nipote a validare il programma, ma anche lui ottiene lo stesso errore.
    Cosa devo fare?

    I have just used your key to register GIT and it worked fine. You must not be adding the key correctly, leaving spaces, you do not have Internet access or your firewall is blocking GIT to communicate back to our servers.
