SECM not working with V3.3.0.1 (P3D V4)

Finally got some time to working on GIT with AS CRJ. Love the GIT search feature BTW.
Looks like the SECM doesn't trigger any events once they are assigned to the switches. I validated the issue by using the same BEspoke I created, works on my T8 switch but not on my SECM switch.
BTW, what does AV_ENABLED mean? (I tried both ENABLED and AV_ENABLED but results were still no go).
SECM in GFConfig is set to compatibility Add-on. GFConfig is v2.2.8.0

AV_ENABLED is for the new Avionics Power facility. If a devices is AV_ENABLED and a variable is configured for the Avionics Power, the device will power up/down based on the variable state. Its for people who want stuff like the GF166 radios to only power up when avionics power in available.
