Interface tool reassigning Data values
I've finally figured out how to utilize the detective and have got most of the buttons I want programmed. However there are a few items that refuse to cooperate. Here's the issue. I press the Alt select button on the simulator MCP. The detective gives me this string of text.
0000002791 Event: 069664 Event Data: 16777217 Event Name:
0000002830 Lvar : fgcp_alt_button1 Lvar Data: 0
0000002906 Lvar : fgcp_alt_button1 Lvar Data: 5
Which is fine. This was common for the rest of the panel. However everytime I try to enter 16777217 as the data value for the 069664 event the Interface tool turns the Value to 16777216 (I should note that this number is the common data value for most the rest of the panel. No idea why its different for this and a couple other switches.). I've tried manually editing that value in a notepad editor also restart the interface tool and it changes that value back to the 216 number.
Any ideas on how to stop the interface tool from adjusting the value?
