I use Saitek rudders as part of configuration but it causes the Flaps to advance to the 20 setting

in my animation when I step on either the right or left brake pedal. Using the GIT and TQ6 adv throttle. Disconnected the pedals from system and don't have issue, what is causing this conflict?

  • Is joystick support enabled in GIT (settings tab)?

  • it is enabled in GIT settings tab when it was occuring, have now updated software with Logitech drivers and will try again since they are new owner of Saitek. Not sure this is different than the MadCatz software.
  • Have you enabled the rudder in GIT and configured it? Unless its enabled and configured, GIT will do nothing with it.

  • when I try to configure the axes the GIT crashes, so no luck with that. Maybe I need to know why it keeps doing that, otherwise GIT does work with my aircraft enabling the throttle.
  • If you have only the TQ6 in use with GIT, you can untick joystick support in GIT and at least that will eliminate GIT as the problem (the TQ6 will work OK without joystick support!)
