GF Tool and King Air 300/350
Hi, I came across your website and learned a lot about the GF interface tool which I hope will answer my preexisting questions. I have around 26 of GF modules including 2 EFIS and MCP pro and Advanced some of which I hope can be used to display some non GF module native functions.
I am building King Air 350 simulator and I was wondering if I can use your tool to display fuel quantity, pressurization settings, voltage readouts and the like. I have already learned GF 46 can be configured to display up to 20 warnings which is very intersecting and I have three of these modules.
I might use the default 350 or a payware from one of the vendors. (waiting recommendations)
Thanks,
Ermias Z.

You can use the GF Interface Tool (GIT) to display any Simconnect variables, so if the King Air uses Simconnect for the items you listed then yes you can display them. If not and the aircraft uses custom gauges, the data may be available in normally hidden variables called Lvars which you can find using the Detective tool in GIT.
So basically, if the data is available (each aircraft is different) you can display it.

One more question. I am assuming this can be applicable on all go flight modules that have digital displays right?
Thanks,
Ermias.
Yes you can configure any digital display to show any value that is available. The GF46 left hand display will only show letters whilst the right hand display will show values.
Best wishes

Ermias.
I meant to ask this before. I am aware that the GFTool licence is for one computer only. What is the procedure if one wants to change the flightsim computer? Is there a way to deactivate it from the previous computer?
Thanks,
Ermias
You can install it on several machines, so long as its only running on one machine at a time.
There is an install limit of 3 times, but you can ask for this to be reset.
Best wishes
Steve
Thanks, that is great.
Best,
Ermias
