After the installation following you guide nothing work ,all lights in grey, why????

If that is OK, rename Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool to see if its a corrupt config file.
If none of that helps, please copy and paste the Log tab here.

Try renaming Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool and then start GIT. If it still fails, copy and paste the log here.
Thanks
Steve
Have you tried renaming Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool to something else? You have not said if you have tried this yet!?
Are you using the latest GoFlight drivers as one particular earlier version caused GIT to lock up?
The only other thing it might be is the GIT config settings. Goto C:\Users\your username\AppData\Local\Pollypot_Software and delete everything in that folder and then try starting GIT again. Note that AppData is a hidden folder so you will need to set Explorer to show hidden files.

i have delete into app data /local/pollypot
I use the last gf.config 2.28.0.exe and if i remember my problem's are starting when i have execute this update
It also may be worth removing and reinstalling the GoFlight drivers.

1) Shutdown your flight sim.
2) Uninstall GIT and the GoFlight Drivers and reinstall both into c:\goflight and NOT into c:\program files (x86)\Goflight
3) Rename Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool to Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool Old
4) Goto C:\Users\your username\AppData\Local\Pollypot_Software and delete everything in that folder
5) Start GIT. DO NOT start your flight sim and see if the GoFlight LED goes green. If it doesn't, copy and paste the log here for me.
Thanks
Steve
Regarding the log,it's completely lock and i can do nothing, ompossible to use the X to turn off everything,i have to re-start the computer
Can you go into c:\goflight, right click on GFDev.dll and select Properties, then Details and then report back what the File Version number is that gets shown.
Thanks
