I assume I get the basic GoFlight Driver from GoFlight?

No. The 32bit version works will all Simconnect based flight sims including P3Dv4. There is a 64bit version for P3Dv4 as well.
The basic drivers from GoFlight support fully simconnect compliant aircraft, so it won't provide PMDG support for example.

It sounds like you are trying to login without an account. You can create an account during the checkout process once you have added GIT to your basket/cart.

I have found you in the system and you have already bought GIT, so you can download the 64Bit version without purchasing it.
