GIT (SE) Failure - MS.NET Framework Error
Encountered problem starting the GIT (SE) - everytime I try to start the app, I get the followiing Microsoft.NET Framework error message: "Unhandled Exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. The type initializer for "A" threw an exception." When I click the Continue button, I keep getting this error message.
This problem occurs only if I attempt to start the GIT SE app - it doesn't occur if I run the GIT P3DV4 app. Also this is the first time I've encountered this error. I have regularly ran the GIT SE App successfully at least daily for the past 3 weeks. The only change is that yesterday (Jan 9), the 2019-01 Cumulative Update to Windows 10 Version 1809 was installed on my PC; this update included a cumulative update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2.

In your comment, you said I can install Simconnect from the SE directory - could you let me know how to do this?
