I keep getting a message about a new version but I can't download it from my account. no links to click under the DOWNLOADS tab I can see my keys and other information but no active links. Help

    I have a question, I had my downloads reset and I downloaded the new version but the downloads count went down I think from 15 or 25 to only 6. So my question is: Is that the way is supposed to be? I want to make sure nobody is accessing my account. Thanx

    Are you using a download manager? If so multiple connections are made and each one will count as a download.
