can not load any aircraft in the GIT tool

unable to Load Aircraft Configs hexadecimal value 0X00 is an invalid character. Line 1. position 1. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times, just cannot clear this message. It was working fine then this started and don't know why. The tool will be on screen but not really connected because of the message.

  • One of your config files is corrupt. Restore from a backup or look through the files and find one that is empty and delete it. The config files are in Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool

Will this work with Xplane 12? I'm having the same problem, but my backups are almost a year old and have several aircraft added since. Thanks for any help, Larry

If you have the same error message, then yes it will work. There is a backup directory in Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool which you can try before your old backup, however the backup files will need to be renamed to match those in Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool
