GF-46 xponder setup

Hello, I'm having issues setting up the GF-46 for use as a transponder in my PMDG 738 within P3D. I have other panels installed and working such as a GF-T8, two EFIS panels and a MCP pro panel. All are working except for the GF-46. I can get it to light up but the buttons and nob do nothing. I'm guessing it's just a programming issue on my part but I'm clueless on how to program it. I can't find any videos on it either. Any help would be great. Thank you so much in advance.
