GIT 64-bit EXE causing P3Dv4.5 to CTD on change of aircraft
Hi Steve,
I'm having a problem with GIT 64-bit EXE v 3.7.0.1. I'm currently beta testing an aircraft which is configured in three different panel setups. They can have the Flight1 GPS gauge inserted on two configurations but I'm just testing the version that uses the Rex Wx radar.
If I load one configuration for which I have configured some T8 switches for battery, avionics etc the aircraft is fine. But if I then choose another livery of the same type P3D CTDs. I have tested this selection with and without GIT running and it only happens with GIT running.
But here is the strange thing. In Event Viewer there are two crash reports:- The first is a .NET runtime and the second is P3D itself but the module causing the problem is Rex's Weather Radar gauge which I have installed yesterday.
Could there be some conflict between GIT and the Wx Radar gauge? Here are the crash reports...

Just a reminder to remove that GIT Error Log please.

I installed the Rex Wx gauge in a Carenado PC12 and performed the same test. Without GIT 64-bit running I was able to swap liveries without issue and even switched to an Avatar and then back to the PC12.
But once GIT was running swapping from one livery to another in the Vehicle menu crashed P3D v4.5.

Thanks
i renamed the gauge dll to dl# so it wasn't loaded. Multiple changes of aircraft livery and panel configurations and no problems with P3D. GIT 64-bit running of course.
The radar gauge is on sale for under $10 if you're interested. http://www.rexsimulations.com/radar.html

Have you had a chance to look at why GIT is causing CTDs when I change aircraft in P3D v4.5? I didn't load it today and switched to several airports and changed vehicle a number of times. No CTD at all. But as soon as I load GIT and change vehicle P3D CTDs. 100% guaranteed every time.
I can get around it by stopping and restarting GIT when I load a different aircraft but a solution would be better.

Thx
