GIT 3.8.0.0, P3Dv5, FSUIPC6 and directory installation assumptions
Hi,
In preparation for upgrading P3Dv5 to HF1, I removed all of the P3Dv5 installable products, and noticed a few directories that remained in the P3Dv5 install directory (which should have been empty).
One of those seems to have been created by GIT installer when choosing P3Dv5.
It seems that there is an assumption that FSUIPC6 is installed in the P3Dv5/modules directory, as I can see GIT seems to have added 2 LUA scripts there. Since FSUIPC6 version, we can now install that product outside of the sim root, meaning that any LUA scripts that GIT might need to install for FSUIPC6, might not be able to make the assumption its still installed in the sim root dir.
Regards
David
