GIT - LGT II Programming

I have been able to make changes and save the changes in Pushbutton and Toggle modules using GIT, but I can't get changes to stay in the LGT II module using GIT.

Any ideas????

    Hello Mike,

What flight sim are you using? What aircraft?

  • I am using P3Dv3 and PMDG NGX.... I can program the 3 way switch the way I want and it works perfect.... but the setups will not Save.
  • OK, the LGT II is auto programmed by GIT, that is why the settings are changing. Just clear the config on it by pressing the X button on the LGT tab, enable the device, quit GIT and restart it and everything will be set back up correctly.

    Best wishes

  • Unfortunately it still will not save the information I enter for the 3-way switch on the LGT II. It acts like the auto programming wipes out anything you enter for the 3-way switch.

  • I tried to attached the dll.xml file..in txt form................
Thanks for all your help! Mike
  • Hi Mike,

There is no point in changing anything on the LGT II when using the NGX, GIT will always change it back.

    Best wishes

  • HHhhmmmm...... OK... I assume there is no way to turn off the auto programming when using the NGX?
  • I can add that ability if you really need it?

    Best wishes
    Steve
  • Hi Steve. If it is not a major effort, I think it would be nice to be given the choice of using the NGX LGTII auto programming feature or be able to manually program the LGTII for the NGX. Thanks again and the GIT is an amazing piece of software! Sincerely, Mike.
  • It's not a biggie, so I will add it to the dev plan.

    Best wishes
    Steve
