Activation failed

I upgraded my Hard drive to a larger one and now I'm asked to register GF Interface tool again although it was already registered and after entering my user key I get a message that REGISTRATION FAILED.
Please advise how to resolve this issue.

    I also installed the GFIT for MSFS 2020 last month (September 2020) and activated it using serial number provided with the original purchase for FSX.
    Now the software is active for MSFS2020 but fails to activate for FSX and P3D (It used to be activated for FSX/P3D). Looking in my records I show that the serial number I obtained when I first purchased GFIT is different from the serial number in my account now. I cannot activate my copy of GFIT in FSX nor P3D with neither serial number.
