Connection Flyengravity CDU for PMDG 747

I have the CDU from Flyengravity.
I did the installation as I read in the Manual, but in the Log File form the Configuration tool it`s come MainViewMode: CDU Failed to start.
Which COM I have to select? On COM 4 I have another Hardware running. (Main control Panel from CP Flight)
Can anyone help me please? My english is very very well, so please be patinece.

I have the CDU Version 1 as I find out. And sorry for my word on my first post, it should be "patience" not patinece.

I have a connection, but FMC data will not show on CDU. I only can open the Menu.
Maybe there is a possibility to have some support via Teamviewer or Anydesk?
