  • Hi,

See the FAQ entry called "My MCP PRO or MCP Advanced is not updating its display (just showing zeroes or dashes)" here: https://www.pollypotsoftware.org.uk/support/user-guide/user-guide-git/41-faq/70-faq.html

  • Thank you so much Steve, I got my MCP PRO working with PMDG aircraft.

However Steve I now digged out my GF-MCP ADVANCED AUTOPILOT and cannot get it to work with
    Carenado B350i King Air.
I have 2 green lights and yellow for the middle light and cannot select the MCP tab (its grey color) to set to zero and ENABLE.
Did an exetensive serach and read https://www.pollypotsoftware.org.uk/support/user-guide/user-guide-git/41-faq/70-faq.html but with no sucess.

  • This is the problem: WinSock: Connection Failed: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:27015

It's either because the Goflight Interface Module.dll is not loaded (check your dll.xml for its presence) or a firewall is blocking TCP/IP comms between GIT and the dll.

One more question please, the initial issue was the Goflight Interface Module.dll was not present in dll.xml.
I inserted the entry and now I get 3 green lights.
I select MCP then Device 0 and ENABLE but nothing happens even after re-starting both the application and my computer.
Did this now several times but my MCP is still showing all zeros.
I followed the steps- My MCP PRO or MCP Advanced is not updating its display (just showing zeroes or dashes)
What am I missing? (again with my MCP PRO and PMDG everything works perfectly )
    Thanks again Steve
  • On the MCP tab, click the Default FS button to configure the MCP with default values, then quit GIT and reload it. If the aircraft is Simconnect compliant, it will work, if it isn't, the hard work starts using Detective and building Bespoke Events.

    Best wishes
    Steve
