Interface tool Installation problem.

I have a windows 10 PC, with xplane 11. I purchased the goflight interface software.
The problem I'm having is the interface tool doesn't show all green buttons and the goflight modules are greyed out.
In the first column I get one green and I can see that it knows the modules are there but the two other buttons are red.

I have tried for hours uninstalling and reinstalling the software without any luck....

I must be missing something???

  • It sounds like the GIT plugin has been installed in the wrong directory. You get prompted during the install to confirm the location of the plugin - make sure its correct.

If still no joy, post your GIT log.

    Best wishes

  • Thanks for your reply, Is the exe file I bought go to plugins in xlpane? you see I still don't know where to install it?

    Regards Dave
  • OK it seems the problem could of been because I didn't run the EXE program as administrator. This time I installed it to a hard drive outside of Programs. Before it finished loading it asked me if I would like the plugin loaded to xplane. I click accept then fired up xplane as per instructions and then the GIT plugin... It worked....:)
