MseClks events, default the Send choice to the most commonly used Left Click, Right Click at the top

After selecting a MseClks event, populate the event type option with Left Click and Right Click at the top (these are the most common). In addition, don't use the same Bespoke combobox (or what seems to be, perhaps it's just a different combobox overlaid on bespoke combobox) to show event type options, use a separate combobox. OR a more efficient workflow would be:

1. Right click the MseClks entry in the list and get a floating combobox from which to select the desired event type (Left Mouse Click).
2. This would automatically generate a Send entry in the Bespoke list at the current highlight bespoke row (in the list).

As far as I know I think "Send" is the only action that can be associated with the MseClks (making it redundant to click on the Send button).

Cheers, Rob.
