MCP Pro screens and single direction rotary knobs
New user here using software version 4722 on MSFS with latest version of the PMDG 737-800. EFIS is working great, all the buttons and switches on the MCP work as do most of the rotary knobs. The left hand (pilot) course knob will only change the course upwards (right) no matter which direction it is turned. The Vert Speed rotary is very noisy and goes up more than it goes down.
I also only have zeros in the MCP Pro displays, they do not change when the numbers in the sim change.
None of the led’s will light up when in the sim. When the MCP is pugged into the computer they all flash momentarily, so I know they work outside the sim.

I have had a look at the 8 potential causes for the screens not updating:
1 – PMDG 800 is up to date with 3.0.39
2 – Not sure if this is an issue with MSFS 2020 as it does not load to a default flight, issues is present from starting a flight.
3 – Don’t know were to find the 737NGX_Opotions.ini file for MSFS, search in community folder does not find it so can’t check if SDK is enabled.
4 – Running both sim and Goflight interface took as Admin, issue remains.
5 – GIT installed to prog files not prog files(x86) by default.
6 – Anti virus not picking anything up in the folders.
7 - .net 5 installed.
8 – Not sure how an uninstall of the 737 will help.
I have installed the GFConfigsetup file which I did not have before. Not sure what to do with this as MSFS is not listed. I don’t have any other goflight software drivers installed other than GIT and the config setup.
