GoFlights drivers use the same DLL as GIT to access the hardware - its the same DLL accessing Windows USB/HID subsystem. Stabilising GoFlight hardware has always been a major issue. I had the same problems with my GoFlight airliner setup with supplied usb hubs from GoFlight using FSX (before GIT event existed). There are…

What does pressing the heading knob do in the cockpit do, such as turning on the autopilot heading?

Have you installed GIT for MSFS? You only need to download install the module if its missing from your Community folder after GIT MSFS install. Remove the module and reinstall GIT for MSFS. Best wishes Steve

In the GIT log are you seeing a PMDG Options OK entry? Have you checked you are running version 4.8 of GIT? From the PMDG 777 SDK manual (GIT should do this for you, but double check it): To enable the data communication output, you will need to open the file 777_Options.ini that is located in the 777 persistent storage…

Yes.

If you have the same error message, then yes it will work. There is a backup directory in Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool which you can try before your old backup, however the backup files will need to be renamed to match those in Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool Best wishes Steve

I am not aware of any issues. Are you running the lasted version of the Engravity CDU PMDG Interface and the PMDG 737? If so, can you post the Log from the Engravity CDU PMDG Interface Log tab. Best wishes Steve

Try deleting C:\Users\your username\AppData\Local\PollyPot_Software If that doesn't work your config files are corrupt. There are backup copies in Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool\Backup which you can try copying and renaming to Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool. If that doesn't work you will need to delete…

You don't need the GoFlight drivers for the MSFS2020 version as the required dll file is included in the installation. Best wishes Steve

I missed it, because you hijacked an existing post with something irrelevant to the discussion topic. Please create a new discussion in future. Thank you. To resolve your issue, delete the directory C:\Users\your usename\AppData\Local\PollyPot_Software. This will not delete any aircraft configs so is safe to do. Best…

The problem is with XPlanes DataRefs.txt file. There are 4 lines that are incorrect: [0] = autobrake 1 = 0.125g [1] = autobrake 2 = 0.155g [2] = autobrake 3 = 0.225g [3] = autobrake 3 = 0.4g A quick workaround is to delete the above entries from the DataRefs.txt file located in your XPlane resources\plugins folder. I will…

I will get a fix out ASAP (hopefully by the weekend) Best wishes Steve

Have you checked the version you are running by clicking about in the Settings tab.
-
That does look like the GIT module is not in the Community folder. Can you delete the GIT module and copy it back in again - you can get it from your account downloads. Best wishes Steve
-
It may be corrupt config files. Try renaming Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool to something else or restore from backup and try again. Best wishes Steve
-
Can you screen dump the error message please. Thx Steve

Have you clicked the Default FS button?

Sorry for the late reply, I've been very ill. Is the GIT plugin installed in your new XPlane installation?

Is the GIT module in the Community folder? If so, I need to see your GIT Log.
