No GIT plugin menu in X-plane 10 (v. Demo)

Hello,
(sorry for my English)
I bought GF Interface Tools today and I do not know what I'm doing wrong, because in X-Plane 10 (ver demo) in the Plugins menu, there is no GIT Pluin.
Please help.

  • Hello,

During the installation you are prompted for the location of your X-Plane plugin directory. Re-install GIT and make sure the correct directory is chosen.

    Best wishes

  • Thank you for your help, but ... Of course I did. With no effect.
  • Hi,

If you have multiple installations of X-Plane, the installer can install the GIT Plugin into the wrong directory. Simply locate the GIT Plugin in one of your X-Plane installations under Resources\Plugins and copy and paste the GIT Plugin folder to the correct X-Plane installation.

    Best wishes

  • Thank you.
Yes I know, I read about it. But I have only one installation of X-plane 10 (demo) on the desktop. I have a GIT in the plugins folder.
  • Make sure the GIT Plugin directory has directories and files in it and if so try running X-Plane as Administrator.

If that doesn't work, there should be a file called GITLog.txt in the main X-Plane directory which I will need you to copy and paste on this thread.

    Best wishes
    Steve
  • GIT Plugin directory has directories and files in and run the program as administrator...
  • Can you post the log as previously requested.

    Thx

  • That log indicates it is running OK. Is GIT not working? Have you tried using a profile from downloads with one of the default aircraft?

    Best wishes
    Steve
  • I think everything is OK.
I thought GIT could be run directly in the plugins menu in XPlane.
This is not possible for me.
    I do that:
before launching X-Plane, I enable the GoFlight Interface Tool X-Plane from the desktop icon, and then I start X-Plane.
I regret that I can not run GIT directly from the plugins menu in X-Plane.
