Inconsistent Saving of DIO settings?

I have two DIO boards that have been working in the past. I have a number of LED outputs and switch inputs working on each, configured for PMDG737 using P3d v4 64bit. I have downloaded the latest GIT 64bit version as well. I also have EFIS, MCP Pro, and TQ6 all working perfectly.

Here's my problem- Every once and a while when I got into DIO config area, and set some new switch settings or set new LED configurations, it doesn't seem to 'stick' when I close the DIO config and/or restart the connection between GIT and P3D. Sometimes the settings stay, and sometimes they seem to revert. I still need to do more troubleshooting or experimenting, but it feels like when certain settings are triggered that cause a Simconnect error (such as me having issues setting value 0 for the 737 autobrake switch) that seems to trigger that lack of saving if my memory serves.

Has anyone seem anything similar when configuring DIOs?

Thanks for the feedback John. I'll put it on my to-do list to check if there is a problem but it would really help if you can define the series of steps that always create the issue.

Sounds good, I'll do some testing and see if I can't constantly trigger the no-save situation
