PMDG 737NGX does not connect with goflight interface

Hello,
I am a bit desperate, as on April I bought it for pmdg to use on P3DV4. It was working fine during only 1 month, then stop working. So I quit my sim during 8 months as I can't anymore with this. Now I am trying to solve. The fact is GIT woorks with P3DV4 but when I selected the pmdg 737 NGX it disconect and even freeze the GIT so the only way to close it is via task manager. I didn't change anything on my computer, no virus, nothing as I only use this computer for the simulator. I tryed to download again, to run as administrator everything. Please I need help as everyday I lost my faith in people doing software that doesnt work. Could anyone help me please?

Thanks in advance guys

Regards

  • Hello,

GIT had a freezing issue when running a certain version of GoFlights drivers. Download the latest GoFlight drivers and install them in the same location as GIT is installed.

You also need to have the latest version of GIT and the latest version of the NGX installed - GIT doesn't work with older versions of the NGX.

If you still have problems check the FAQ entry "My MCP PRO or MCP Advanced is not updating its display (just showing zeroes or dashes)" here: https://www.pollypotsoftware.org.uk/support/user-guide/user-guide-git/41-faq/70-faq.html

You can also try renaming Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool to something else so GIT starts with a clean configuration. You will then need to enable your devices in GIT, quit GIT and restart it and see if that fixes the issue.

    Best wishes
    Steve
