Cannot Log In To Shop Account General Reply Form Broken

I have been unable to log into my account to download latest GIT update. General Inquiry form, which is suggested for such issues, is broken (404 error). I cannot change my password. When attempting to log in, I don't even get an error message. The page just refreshes as if nothing happened. Please advise.

    There is a username and password reset function at the bottom of the Login/Logout page under My Account.

    Steve.. it does not work. I have tried three times, and just tried the forth. I get the email with the code and link. I click on the link, takes me to the page with code prefilled. Put in username, click go and the form goes blank in both fields with nothing happening.

    i'm having a similar problem, when try to reset my password, the Captcha is not working so I cannot reset my password. can you help me?
    I had to reinstall windows on my P3D PC, so I lost the original installation and key.
